Up till 6 p.m. – Pro-rata the hire rate providing this is agreed and no other customers are waiting for the boat (eg. afternoon changeovers).
After 6 pm – penalty charges as published on the boat and / or in the office. This is to allow time for us to prepare the boats for the next day and to compensate for staff overtime costs.
Abandonment of craft will result in total loss of deposit.
Do not sit, stand or lay on any boat cabin top.
In particular our electric launch canopies are not strong enough and serious damage and / or personal injury may occur.
The Damage Deposit will be forfeit if any incidents are reported.
