This Birchwood 33 has been in regular use on the river until recently, sadly it has been neglected over the winter and is in need of some tender loving care.

We think that this boat is well worth looking at there is plenty of space on board would make an ideal live aboard boat for one or two people and could be brought up to a good standard with DIY skills.

The engines 4108 are running and both start and run well. both shafts run true, there does not appear to be any problem with the running gear. There is a JVC radar on board and a GPS, VHF Radio. Currently the vessel is licenced for the river until 2024 and has a current Boat Safety Scheme certificate until 2026.

The head lining needs recovering or painting in the front cabins and the woodwork needs brightening up.

Externally there is no sign of damage but needs a good clean and polish, some of the handrails need re-securing and some of the windows need re-sealing the main hatch to the cockpit saloon needs resealing.

This boat has huge potential to be brought back into a very comfortable cruiser / home, there are 2 toilets on board with ample space in each.
