A wonderful day out on the Royal River Thames.

A day out on the river is a relaxing experience, a different way of life - you travel at your own pace, free from the everyday troubles of traffic jams, parking and busy roads. The beauty of the surrounding scenery is something all in your party can see and enjoy.

MUGGINS

Our very popular 26 ft narrow boat with forward steering, seating a maximum of 12 persons.
6 ft. headroom throughout, hot air heating, small sink, gas hob, removable picnic tables and a separate toilet compartment.
The transparent side screens can quickly be rolled up in fine weather or secured down to provide weather protection for all year round cruising.
This is a fun boat, ideal for family outings, office parties, children's birthday parties or just a few friends together for a fun day out.

SPARKY - FLASH and ELLIE B

Our fleet of 3 elegant 21 ft 6 ins fibreglass electric launches will seat 8 adults in comfort, with cushioned seats and a small removal picnic table.
They run almost silently and are simple to operate.
Perfect for a quiet and relaxing day out. The transparent sidescreens can keep off the weather or can be rolled up to enjoy the sunshine.

SEA CATCH

Our budget priced 16 ft open boat, ideal for sunny days and fishing trips.
Economically priced it is suitable for 2 people to enjoy a day out or 8 people can be seated easily with shelter for 3 adults under the front cuddy.

A reliable, quiet electric start outboard motor with wheel steering ensures an effortless and pleasant day out.
Out of season Sea Catch is often hired by anglers for weir fishing at reduced rates.

The River Thames

is famous for its many riverside pubs and restaurants. Most have their own moorings where you can tie up and experience the culinary delights or sample the vast range of ales or soft drinks.
You may also find a quiet spot and enjoy your own picnic on the river bank.

Travelling upstream,

a day's cruising from Chertsey will take you past the ancient village of Laleham and the area of the famous Laleham Abbey.
The busy town of Staines can provide a welcome lunchtime stop or afford a quick shopping trip.
Through Bell Weir Lock and on towards Datchet and Windsor takes you through the Queens back garden, The Royal Windsor Great Park, with breathtaking views of Windsor Castle.

Travelling downstream

will take you through Shepperton Lock, you may meander around the old river

passing Shepperton Village or take the short cut through the Desborough Channel.

Walton is the next town with some delightful pubs and then on to the Sunbury Weir with the adjacent Weir pub.
Further down the river widens as it passes through Hampton to Hampton Court where you have excellent views of the Palace and several delightful pubs and restaurants.
Kingston is passed on the right as you proceed to the limit of hire boat navigation, Teddington, which requires an early start and no stops to be able to return by 6 pm.

Our boats are all very easy to handle, ample instruction will be given with regard to boat handling, the boats controls and navigation.

Your day is from 10.00 am until 6.00 pm.
Half days or occasional hours are usually available outside of the busy periods.

A security (damage) deposit of £100 is payable in advance or on arrival by cheque, cash or card..
This is refunded after the boat is returned without being involved in an accident or loss or damage of equipment.
Boats for the whole day can be booked in advance at any time, a four hour hire is bookable in advance subject to availability but usually only available mid week or at weekends out of the peak season.

Advance bookings may be taken with a credit or debit card.

Cancellations:

Once a boat has been booked and confirmed the booking is final.
Refunds can only be given if we are able to re-let the boat.

Bookings are conditional on these terms. Making a booking implies consent.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. (Credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge)
